This last weekend I had the honor of photographing the marriage of Marti and Evan at Vancouver’s beautiful Aberthau Mansion. Located in the area of Jericho Beach, this amazing location was eclipsed only by the sheer amount of emotion and joy surrounding the union of these two wonderful people.
I’ve obviously been to a number of weddings, but I honestly can’t say if any of them came close to the outpouring of emotion at Marti and Evan’s wedding. The tears came early and stayed with us throughout the day. You could easily feel what these two mean to each other and to everyone around them… I even found myself getting choked up during the speeches which hardly ever happens!
