Just a note… as this was a 14 hour wedding, this is going to be my largest blog post of all time! I just can’t help myself… ![]()

The anticipation was high and all that could be heard was the movement of fans, the murmur of guests and the beautiful refrains from the guitar and violin duo in the corner. The sun beat down mercilessly and everyone did their best to hide in the co0l shade of the Hall of One Hundred Rivers.
There was a hush… and Doris appeared, radiant and beautiful, ready to walk down the aisle to Trevor. Their wedding day was finally here…

The morning started out at the Granville Island Hotel for the ladies. First up was makeup with Sanae Okada.

Matthew May was fantastic for the hair. Not only was he super fun, but he also rocked an awesome shirt!

Doris… I love your dress. Seriously, I could have shot it all morning…

Sigh… you know about me and accessories right? I just go into my own little world…

Beautiful custom designed hair broach by Elsa Corsi and tennis bracelet, both from Jeweliette

Fans for the ceremony… they were definitely needed!

The girls help Doris with her dress….

I love this next set of photos… it makes my heart squeeze every time I look at them.

Meanwhile, the boys got ready at Doris and Trevor’s house… the next few shots were taken by my awesome second shooter Jason Brown.

The handsome groom

These guys even had fun waiting for the limo…

Ceremony time!

Mr and Mrs

Gratuitous bouquet glamor shots!!!

Seriously? You ladies looked amazzziinnngggg!!!

Before the reception, we had time for a little tea ceremony

The reception was held back at the Granville Island Hotel… and the food was amazing!

The cake from Ganache… seriously beautiful!

We snuck out for a couple portraits during the reception…

First dance

The rings and I had a some alone time at the end of the night… I think I had a little too much fun!

Doris and Trevor… it was truly an amazing experience. It was an honor to be a part of your wedding day!
