The chemistry between Shally and Jose is just amazing – these two are always laughing and smiling together!
Because their wedding was taking place in the fall, we also decided to grab some photos with their wedding outfits just in case! It was definitely a fun session from start to finish.

Emily + Matt | Engagement

There’s a funny story behind Emily and Matt booking me as their wedding photographer. As I understand it, Emily had already been considering me when she mentioned it to some close friends. Well, turns out that not only did they know who I was, they’ve actually been friends of mine for years and were planning on recommending me to Emily and Matt! They took it as a sign and contacted me not long after… and I’m glad they did!

We met up again last week for their engagement session and had lots of fun running around coal harbour area! Here’s just a little taste of our time together:

Jesse and Shannon – Engagement Session

It was a strangely warm but overcast day when I met with Shannon and Jesse at the Starbuck’s in English Bay. We all grabbed our favorite warm drinks (Shannon, I’m STILL intrigued by your salted caramel hot chocolate!) and went out to try and find some bright moments on such gray day! These two were so great at creating their own moments though… it wasn’t hard to find ways to showcase it.

Shannon… your eyes are KILLING me in this shot! Can you say stunning?

Jesse and Shannon – I had such a wonderful time getting to know both of you better. I can’t believe I now have to wait until Sept/09 to photograph your wedding! I just know we’re going to have a blast when the day finally arrives!
