The chemistry between Shally and Jose is just amazing – these two are always laughing and smiling together!
Because their wedding was taking place in the fall, we also decided to grab some photos with their wedding outfits just in case! It was definitely a fun session from start to finish.

Jasmine + Jason | Wedding

You may remember Jasmine and Jason from their recent spring time engagement session. I’ll never forget that day – an epic downpour tried to ruin our day, but Jason and Jasmine were so easy going and in love it didn’t matter what mother nature threw at us. I knew then that their wedding day was going to be one filled with love and laughter and I wasn’t disappointed!

We started out the day with Jasmine at their beautiful new home in Vancouver.

Once Jasmine was ready Jason had to gain access to the house by playing a series of humiliating games… hilarious to watch!

Nick + Deb | Couples Session Pt. 2

You may remember Nick and Deb from their first couple’s session last November… even though we got some amazing shots, it ended up SO rainy that night we decided to call it off and reschedule for another time.

Stephanie + Adrian | Wedding

As Stephanie got ready that morning, nothing could stop her eyes from twinkling and a knowing smile from flashing across her face. In a few short hours she would be standing opposite Adrian… her love and one constant in a life of change.

Emily + Matt | Engagement

There’s a funny story behind Emily and Matt booking me as their wedding photographer. As I understand it, Emily had already been considering me when she mentioned it to some close friends. Well, turns out that not only did they know who I was, they’ve actually been friends of mine for years and were planning on recommending me to Emily and Matt! They took it as a sign and contacted me not long after… and I’m glad they did!

We met up again last week for their engagement session and had lots of fun running around coal harbour area! Here’s just a little taste of our time together:

Les and Michelle’s Wedding

This past weekend I had the pleasure of shooting the wedding of Les and Michelle. After a lovely and touching ceremony held at Christ Church Cathedral we made our way across the street to the Fairmont Vancouver Hotel where the reception was held in the hotel’s lobby bar… a history making wedding, as that’s never been done before in the nearly 70 years of the hotel’s life! Not to mention they had the incomparable Dal Richards there to help them swing the night away and properly celebrate the joining of two very classy people. It was truly a wedding to behold!

We also made time to sneak out to the Marine Building… one of my all time favorite buildings in Vancouver, it was perfect for the vintage feel of Les and Michelle’s wedding!
